As a life coach

I help people get more out of life that include structured Goal settings, Developing action plans, Common life challenges, Positive habits, Stress relate issues. How does services work?

The average beginning client starts with eight 30-minute calls per-month. Over the phone or Zoom and continuous support and growth over time. Some clients elect to meet weekly in some circumstances, this addition to weekly is a $100.00 sessions. This daily laser approach is scheduled during the first two or eight weeks of the coaching period. Laser sessions usually last 15 minutes each day during the week daily.

These sessions are especially helpful. Clients who feel they have no energy to make a desired change. Such as making a job change. You can get addition emergency coaching on weekends. If you find yourself in a toxic environment whether its job related or your personal life-change.
You get a discount for two hours of $200.00 off the $1000 which your payment is only $800.00. One easy payment. I’ll contact you personally via email within 24-48 hours. If you already purchased phone or Zoom coaching. If you did not receive a scheduling email from me after three business days-check your spam folder, or provide me with your correct email so I can contact you. I’m always booked out two weeks in advance.

To book your appointment: choose your time zone as well as your preferred appointment date and time. We are Available for Phone & Virtual Sessions 4 days per week, Tuesday-Friday. Emergency Sessions Can Only Be Scheduled on Weekdays.

Payment Policy Full payment is required upon scheduling an appointment. Positive Break accepts all major credit/debit cards. We do not accept insurance. Virtual or email Cancellation Policies.

Virtual or In-Person Cancellation Policies: If circumstances require you to cancel a virtual the appointment by phone or email- 7+ days from scheduled appointment date: Full Refund 4-6 days from the scheduled appointment date. Partial Refund(50%) 0-3 Days from the scheduled appointment.

No Refund (No show or no written cancellation): The client will not be refunded if the client arrives more than 15 min late to the scheduled appointment, or does not show up for the scheduled appointment. In the event that the Client cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, Your appointment will be rescheduled for another time agreeable to all parties.

Please Note: Unless otherwise stated, virtual or phone coaching sessions run for 60 or 120 minutes. *Please allow up to 15 minutes for virtual or phone sessions to begin. You will still receive your full 60 minutes as scheduled, even if sessions begin up to 15 min later than scheduled.
